Job description

Senior Executive, e-Invoicing and SST Project (6-Month Contract)

Team member in e-Invoice and SST project reporting to the Team Lead.

Contribute to the successful implementation and on-going management of e-Invoice and SST system including but not limited to:

Responsible for accurately entering, verifying, and maintaining e-Invoice and SST data to ensure timely and accurate processing; and

To support organization’s financial operations and contributing to overall efficiency.

Indirect Taxation – e-Invoicing and SST

Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of e-Invoice and SST data validation, in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.

Monitor the submission of e-Invoice and SST data to the Inland Revenue Board (LHDN) and Royal Malaysian Customs Department (RMCD), and promptly report any discrepancies or inefficiencies.

Maintain well-organized and up-to-date records of all e-Invoice and SST transactions to support audit readiness and operational transparency.

Handle sensitive and confidential information with a high degree of discretion and professionalism.
