Senior Executive, e-Invoicing and SST Project (6-Month Contract)

Team member in e-Invoice and SST project reporting to the Team Lead.

Contribute to the successful implementation and on‑going management of e-Invoice and SST system including but not limited to:

Responsible for accurately entering, verifying, and maintaining e-Invoice and SST data to ensure timely and accurate processing; and

To support organization’s financial operations and contributing to overall efficiency.

Indirect Taxation – e-Invoicing and SST

Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of e‑Invoice and SST data validation, in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.

Monitor the submission of e‑Invoice and SST data to the Inland Revenue Board (LHDN) and Royal Malaysian Customs Department (RMCD), and promptly report any discrepancies or inefficiencies.

Maintain well‑organized and up‑to‑date records of all e‑Invoice and SST transactions to support audit readiness and operational transparency.

Handle sensitive and confidential information with a high degree of discretion and professionalism.
