Job summary

To generate data and conduct unpaid analysis or any ad-hoc analysis request by Management.

To provide strong reporting and analytical information support to Management team.

To assist Unit Head and above on operation planning, administration and any operation related matter.

To assist on ODD calls, conduct EDD assessment (i.e. pre-screening), enhancement / process improvement.

To provide professional customer support and excellent customer service.

To generate data and conduct unpaid analysis, post-approval review or any ad-hoc analysis request by Management.

To review customer unpaid transaction trends, provide an associated contributing factor, conclusions or approaches of the findings of unpaid analysis.

To communicate with various departments (i.e. Credit Assessment) for finding, outcome, solution and obtain feedback to ensure continuous improvement in operations.

To provide strong analytical information, reporting and support to the Management team.

To coordinate with Unit Head & above for reporting, staff performance, preparation of outcome and presentation of analysis.

To assist on ODD calls, conduct EDD assessment (i.e. pre-screening), handling project, UAT, enhancement and process improvement.

To assist Unit Head and above on operation planning, administration, and any operation related matter.

To relieve other team on operation support related matter to ensure operation running smoothly.

To ensure staffs are adhere with company’s internal policies and guidelines as well as BNM and any regulatory requirements.

To conduct UAT, drafting process improvement and perform any ad-hoc task / matters assign by Management.

SPM or Diploma or Degree holder or professional qualification in relevant disciplines.

Minimum 2 to 3 years working experience in collection in general or any related field.

Relevant exposures and knowledge of credit management or operations of banking / financial institutions is preferred.

Knowledges, Skills and Abilities Required

Good PC skills and proficient in MS Office applications.

Good negotiation, communication and writing skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Strong skill in analytical, listening, persuasion and problem solving.

Excellent planning and execution, time management and ability to make decision in critical situation.

High team spirit, ability make decision in critical situations and resolve customer issue in timely manner.

Able to support, work under pressure, handle operation with minimum supervision and manage stress.

Knowledge of collection, Malaysia Law, Bank Negara collection related guidelines and banking / financial institutions operation.
