OPERATIONS A day in life in the department of Sunway Property Pals+ (SPP+) is never the same. Multitasking is a typical skill to hone, and your talents and interest may be put to use in areas of the organisation that require immediate attention. However, you may anticipate spending the bulk of your time in the following places:

  • Conduct multiple in-house and external analyses to inform strategy and guide organisational action specifically for Rent+ and Reward+.
  • Create presentations and report for meetings.
  • Work together in a team to improve the current services, or ideas by providing input on the basis of carefully analysed data.
  • Join forces across teams to find the best approaches to current issues.
  • Manage projects timelines and administration.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality & Tourism, Communication, or other related fields.
  • Preferably 3-5 years of work experience in Customer Service, Sales, Operations, or equivalent role where responsibilities included assisting in building a new pillar/business related to customers.
  • Candidates that have less than 5 years of experience are encouraged to apply if able to demonstrate passion and strong job fit for this role
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Word & Excel)
