A leading construction materials company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist. Responsibilities include processing credit applications, maintaining customer records, and tracking payments. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and 2-3 years of relevant experience. Review and process customer credit applications accurately and promptly.
Maintain customer records, including account setup and updates.
Track accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
Liaise with customers and internal teams to resolve credit issues.
Prepare credit reports and support daily credit administration.
Assist with other tasks or projects assigned by management.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
2-3 years of experience in accounts receivable, credit control, collections, or customer accounts management.
Exposure to construction/building materials industries is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools.
