Qualifications

  • Prepare, review, evaluate and co‑ordinate Corporate Finance work including IPOs and mergers.
  • Liaise with internal and external parties for corporate finance proposals.
  • Co‑ordinate the completion of Corporate Finance proposals.

Job description
Corporate Finance – Assistant Manager

Prepare, review, evaluate and co‑ordinate Corporate Finance work comprising IPO, merger & acquisition, fund raising via the capital market and structured finance, project feasibility study, valuation modelling etc.

Liaise with internal Head Office departments, operating units and external parties (including lawyer, valuer, investment bank etc) for the preparation of board papers, announcements, convening of listed company EGM and submissions to relevant authorities.

Co‑ordinate the completion of Corporate Finance proposals.

Requirements
