Senior Executive, Corporate Administrative

Coordinate with multiple business units to ensure smooth workflow, timely follow-ups, and alignment with management.

Draft, review, and update company policies, SOPs, and internal guidelines, ensuring compliance with regulations and management directives.

Assist in corporate initiatives, projects, and process improvement plans, liaising with internal and external stakeholders as needed.

Organize and manage meetings, prepare agendas, take accurate minutes, and track follow-up actions to ensure timely closure.

Monitor adherence to company policies and procedures, support audits, compliance checks, and internal reviews.

Identify gaps, highlight risks, and propose improvements to processes, policies, and workflows.

Prepare official documents, memos, circulars, reports, summaries, and presentations for management.

Maintain proper filing, documentation standards, and version control for policy and corporate records.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 3 years’ experience in administration or a related field.

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Business, Management, Science, or Engineering preferred)

Knowledge of policy drafting, SOP development, and corporate governance

Strong coordination, organizational, and follow-up skills

Good written and verbal communication skills

Able to work independently and handle confidential information
