Senior Executive, Contracts Management (QS)

This role will be responsible to assist Management, involving to identify new business opportunities, building client relationships, preparing proposals (i.e. Pre-Qualification / Vendor Registration / Tender Submission Compilation) and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful project execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the construction industry including project lifecycles, contracts and market dynamics, excellent communication skills, and a results-driven mindset.

Your responsibilities
  • Research and identify potential clients, markets and projects within the property / construction industry and subsequently develop strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the company’s client base.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Provide regular updates to clients on project progress and address their concerns promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare Pre-Q, tender, proposals and presentations; review tender documents and prepare checklist submission, ensure timely submission of proposals and follow up on leads and assist Project team on preliminaries cosy analysis.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activities and industry developments to identify opportunities.
  • Maintain an organized database of leads, clients and project information.
  • Support Senior Management in negotiating contracts and closing deals.
  • Prepare regular reports on business development activities and present to the Senior Management team as required.
  • To carry out any other duties as and when instructed by the Management from time to time.
Requirements
  • Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying / Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in property / construction industry. Strong network of contacts in the property / construction industry is a plus.
