Job description

Own the contract lifecycle by maintaining accurate records, repositories, and trackers within the e-Procurement system for full visibility and compliance.

Play a key role in contract development by assisting in drafting and reviewing contracts, extensions, and amendments to support business needs.

Ensure smooth execution through timely coordination of approvals, endorsements, and contract signing processes.

Safeguard compliance and performance by monitoring supplier adherence to contract terms, identifying gaps, and escalating issues when necessary.

Act as the connector between vendors and internal stakeholders, providing support and clarity for all contract‑related matters.

Turn data into insight by preparing reports on contract status, expiries, supplier performance, and compliance to support better decision‑making.

Support audit readiness by providing accurate contract documentation and compliance evidence whenever required.

Continuously improve and elevate processes by contributing to enhancements in contract management and sourcing practices, while expanding your knowledge and skills.

Spot value‑creation opportunities by identifying areas for strategic sourcing to optimise cost, value, and supplier performance.

Drive value across the Group through developing, monitoring, and enhancing Group‑Wide Price Agreements (GWPA) for consistent savings and standardisation.

Expand supplier options with ongoing market research to identify and recommend new sources of supply for better quality, pricing, and innovation.

Job Requirements
  • Degree in Business, Law, Supply Chain or related fields, with 3‑5 years of working experience in procurement, contracts, or compliance‑related functions.
  • Strong contract and procurement knowledge, including basic contract terms, sourcing processes, and compliance requirements.
  • Vendor & Contract Management skills – able to support vendor evaluation, contract lifecycle tracking, renewals, and documentation.
  • Data & Reporting ability – skilled in preparing trackers, compliance reports, and vendor performance summaries.
  • Tech‑savvy and systems‑oriented – proficient in Microsoft Office; exposure to ERP or contract management systems is an added advantage.
  • Meticulous and detail‑driven, ensuring accuracy in reviews, documentation, and data verification.
  • Effective communicator, both in writing (reports, contracts) and verbal coordination with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Strong work ethic & personal effectiveness – organised, accountable, collaborative, and committed to upholding integrity and continuous learning.
