Job Title: Senior Executive, Compliance & Quality Assurance
Reports To: Manager, Compliance & Quality Assurance
Role Purpose: Senior Executive Compliance & Quality Assurance is accountable to support Manager, Compliance & Quality Assurance in the effective implementation and maintenance of the operational compliance & quality assurance functions which include oversight auditing and safety management system programme.
Key Accountability
- Assist in facilitating, coordinating and supporting Compliance functions across all MAB operational areas, including safety and security.
- Coordinate and collate consolidated reports and records pertaining to Internal Auditor training.
- Assist in development, review and revision of CSMM, and CDM related to QA programme.
- Assist in coordinating safety and compliance & quality assurance awareness programme and initiatives.
- Assist in coordinating the SMS activities as instructed by MAB Management.
- To conduct Compliance & Quality Assurance oversight audits and monitors the implementation of effective corrective actions.
- Assist and coordinate the monitoring and effective use of GSIS audit module by all operational Compliance & Quality Assurance representatives.
- To provide analysis and feedback report related to QA programme for the purpose of tracking quality system performance and management reporting.
- To coordinate and assist Manager Compliance & Quality Assurance on IOSA preparation and planning.
- To monitor and coordinate completion of corrective actions for AOC, SAFA, CAAM SSR, CAAM, AFOSA and other regulatory audits.
- To participate in the formal monitoring and evaluation of functional delivery of quality outputs to ensure their effective and efficient implementation including the establishment of findings and related remedial action plans as directed by Manager Compliance & Quality Assurance.
- To provide research, analysis and feedback reports to Manager Compliance & Quality Assurance of key measurement and improvement targets for the purpose of tracking quality system performance and management reporting.
- To participate in the process of management review for the purpose of reporting feedback to Manager Compliance & Quality Assurance from the consolidated audit programme.
- Any other relevant tasks as assigned by Manager Compliance & Quality Assurance.
Qualifications & Working Experience
- Degree in related discipline from recognised higher institution with minimum of three (3) years related working experience that is deemed acceptable to Group Human Capital or;
- Diploma in related discipline from recognised higher institution with minimum of seven (7) years related working experience that is deemed acceptable to Group Human Capital.
Personality Traits
- Experience in relevant operational areas, safety management and auditing with a minimum two (2) years related experience.
- Attended Auditor training.
- Knowledgeable in operational, safety, quality, training and standards.
- Able to perform data analysis, review as well as data tracking and well-versed in multimedia application.
- Knowledgeable in CAAM regulations on CAA 2016, CAD 6004, CAD 19 and CAGM 1902 will be an advantage.
- Experience in conducting training and quality assurance audit.
