The Senior Executive will be responsible for managing day to day secretarial duties, writing minutes of board / board committee meetings, ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, preparing board & board committee meeting materials, maintaining statutory records and providing support to the Board & Senior Management.

Requirements
  • At least 5 years of working experience in corporate secretarial with ICSA qualification
  • Preferably experience in Financial Industry
  • Sound knowledge of BNM requirements and Companies Act 2016
  • Experience in managing company secretarial duties
  • Good Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines
