ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES:
We are seeking a persuasive Senior Executive, Commercial with strong selling, communication, and closing skills. The Commercial Executive will be responsible for calling, pitching, closing, and servicing existing partners.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN:
Managing a portfolio of partner accounts, your responsibilities will include:
● Achieving daily sales call targets to promote assigned products.
● Demonstrating sales-mindedness and resourcefulness to meet KPIs.
● Handling vendor objections according to guidelines.
● Accurately recording calls, sales, and relevant information into the CRM system.
● Engaging actively and responding promptly on the company's collaboration platform.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE:
● This is a 100% telesales role; comfort in making outbound calls via digital tools over long periods is essential.
● Open to fresh graduates; prior telesales experience is advantageous but not required (max 1.5 years).
● Proficient in English; additional proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus.
● Strong relationship-building skills, target-driven, resilient, team-oriented, and eager to learn.
● Quick learner with the ability to adapt swiftly to operational changes.
