Job description

Reporting to the Head of Card Usage & Portfolio, this full-time Senior Executive, Card Usage & Portfolio role is an exciting opportunity to join the dynamic team at AEON Credit Service (M) Bhd in Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur. In this position, you will play a key part in driving the strategic direction and growth of the company's credit card portfolio.

What you'll be doing
  • Analyze customer behaviour and attrition trends within the credit card portfolio to identify risk factors and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies aimed at reducing attrition.
  • Collaborate with RU teams to design retention campaigns and initiatives tailored to at-risk customers.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer retention and attrition, providing regular reports to management.
  • Conduct customer feedback surveys and analyze results to inform retention strategies and identify areas for enhancement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor practices to develop best-in-class retention strategies.
  • Assist in improving the accuracy of the Churn Predictive Model and incorporate the model into campaigns to mitigate attrition.
  • Analyze demographic profiles of cardholders and turn insights into growth opportunities for the Credit Card Department.
  • Design and execute campaigns using the RFM Model to increase specific and overall Credit Card Sales.
