Senior Executive, Business Process (ISO)

To support in planning, executing, monitoring and maintaining ISO-related activities efficiently and effectively, comprising:

• Meeting and Internal Correspondence.
• Management Review Meeting.
• Recertification/ Surveillance Audit Activities of Certification Bodies.

To promote and enhance the awareness level of ACSM employees regarding the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001 and ISO 37001.

To review policies, procedures, guidelines and forms to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment of document content and flowcharts with regulatory and certification requirements.

To achieve the set KPIs established in the department, QMS, EMS, ISMS and ABCMS objectives and targets through effective planning.

To execute improvement activities initiated by the department in a timely manner within available resources.

To manage inter-departmental discussions or meetings to establish cross-functional consensus on improvement initiatives.

To keep records updated and ensure traceability to prevent operational breakdowns.

To perform any ad-hoc assignments or related tasks as and when required.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, Environmental Management, Records Management, Corporate Governance or other related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in a listed company.
• Exposure to Internal Audits, particularly in ISO-related audits, will be an advantage.
• Strong background in developing, reviewing, and revising policies, procedures, guidelines, and forms to align with ISO requirements and business process improvements.
• Strong understanding of Corporate Governance and ISO requirements.
• Proficient in document control, content accuracy, and documents development (policies, procedures, flowchart and etc).
