Senior Executive, Business Development (Sales)
We are looking for Senior Executive - Business Development (Sales) to manage and grow existing accounts, drive sales growth, and acquire new business opportunities. The role involves building strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and implementing strategies to meet revenue targets. This role will also represent the company at industry events, support marketing initiatives, and contribute to business development efforts.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting customer relationships with existing clients.
- Monitor accounts regularly to identify potential issues that may affect timely payments.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, ensuring that the team consistently meets or exceeds revenue targets.
- Actively pursue new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to drive continued growth.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support.
- Address and resolve any pre‑ and post‑sales related issues or complaints promptly.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets.
- Develop proposals and conduct presentations to potential clients.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
- Build a strong professional network to enhance business development efforts.
- Support marketing activities in seminars, trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to build brand presence and generate high‑quality leads.
- Report on market and competitor information such as pricing, key customer strategies, trends, key personnel movements, and new product opportunities.
- Identify opportunities for growth and innovation in our product offerings.
Qualifications & Requirements
This is a full‑time permanent position.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- 2‑3 years of experience in corporate or B2B sales, or business development.
- Possess a valid driving license and own vehicle.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proficient with Windows based applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Customer‑driven and results‑oriented.
- Willing to travel.
