Qualifications

Job Descriptions
- Identify, propose, and secure new potential locations/sites across Malaysia for store expansion.
- Conduct end-to-end negotiations with developers, landlords, and property agents to finalize tenancy agreements.
- Plan and carry out site visits to evaluate potential locations, ensuring timely submission of proposals.
- Collaborate with internal departments (Legal, Projects, Operations, etc.) on administration, store fit-out, and preparation of legal documents.
- Monitor and ensure department KPIs are achieved (e.g., number of store openings, store sales performance).
- Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with landlords, property agents, and developers.
- Prepare business proposals, reports, and presentations to management on potential site evaluations and project progress.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in business development, property acquisition, leasing, or related field (retail/FMCG experience is an added advantage).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Mandarin to facilitate smoother communication with developers, landlords, and agents. Ability to read and write in Chinese is a plus.
- Willing to travel nationwide for site visits and business meetings.
- Results-driven, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good knowledge of tenancy agreements, property market trends, and retail expansion strategies.
