We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Executive, Business Development to join our dynamic team at ANNDA INTERNATIONAL (M) SDN BHD' . In this full‑time position based in Kuala Lumpur, you will play a crucial role in driving new business development initiatives for our company.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research, networking, referrals, and cold outreach (calls, visits, emails).
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, partners and retailers to ensure repeat business and identify upselling opportunities.
Develop customized product proposals and quotations that align with client needs and business objectives.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide exceptional after‑sales support to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
Candidates must possess a minimum Diploma in Business Studies / Management / Marketing / Administration or any other equivalent qualification.
Prefer at least 2 years of working experience in the food and beverage industry.
Required languages: Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly and persuasively.
Analytical and problem‑solving skills to identify and capitalise on market opportunities.
Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
