Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and define business needs, and document these requirements clearly in Business Requirements Specifications (BRS) to ensure alignment and guide solution development.
Analyze existing workflows and business processes to identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks, challenge current practices where necessary, and propose practical improvements that enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Conduct detailed cost‑benefit and impact analyses for proposed business initiatives, providing insights that support informed decision‑making.
Work closely with cross‑functional teams during project implementation, tracking progress, resolving issues, and ensuring deliverables meet business objectives.
Lead meetings, workshops, and presentations to align stakeholders, clarify requirements, and maintain effective communication throughout project lifecycles.
Develop and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans and test cases to verify that solutions meet documented business requirements.
Provide training and support to end‑users and assist in managing change to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
