Key Responsibilities
- Business Partnership Support: Assist in acting as the marketing business partner for the Beauty department within the Commercial team, understanding their needs and contributing to marketing solutions.
- Campaign Execution: Support the execution of monthly campaigns for the Beauty category, coordinating with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely delivery of assets and activities.
- Trade Campaign Support: Assist in the implementation of trade campaigns for Beauty, including specific promotions, supplier collaborations, and in-store activations.
- Supplier Collaboration: Support efforts to drive supplier income by assisting in the preparation of selling kits and coordinating supplier-funded activities for the Beauty category.
- Loyalty Program Support: Assist in integrating loyalty program elements into Beauty-related marketing campaigns.
- Local Store Marketing & New Store Openings: Provide hands‑on support for local store marketing activations and new store openings.
- Own Brand Activations: Support the branding and activation efforts for Own Brand products within the Beauty category.
- Brand Gatekeeping: Ensure brand consistency and adherence to guidelines for all Beauty-related marketing materials. Contribute to maintaining omnichannel brand consistency for Beauty-related content.
- Reporting & Administration: Assist in gathering data for campaign post‑mortems and handle administrative tasks especially on those related to Beauty marketing initiatives. Support in tracking campaign performance data for the Beauty category.
- Market & Consumer Insight Contribution: Assist in gathering market and consumer data especially those relevant to Beauty category.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in brand and trade marketing, focusing on advertising and promotions in the Malaysian market.
- Strong communication skills to share ideas clearly and work well with others.
- Creative thinker who can develop innovative marketing solutions.
- Organized and detail-oriented to ensure high-quality project execution.
- Team player who collaborates effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Motivated and enthusiastic, with a proactive attitude towards achieving brand goals.
- Ability to meet deadlines and perform well under pressure.
- Confident communicator skilled at presenting and promoting marketing ideas.
