Responsibilities

• Support Brand Development in designing marketing collaterals (brochures, flyers, banners, social media graphics, infographics, website elements, and uniforms).
• Ensure adherence to Hospital Picaso corporate identity guidelines.
• Serve as the primary contact for brand-related inquiries with internal teams, vendors, printers, and external partners.
• Oversee execution of offline materials and projects such as decor, brochures racks, hoardings, and building signage.
• Collaborate with marketing to conceptualise and execute design strategies aligned with campaigns.

Job Responsibilities

• Support the Manager, Brand Development in designing and creating visually appealing materials for various marketing collaterals, including brochures, flyers, banners, social media graphics, infographics, website elements, and uniform design.


• Manage and ensure adherence to the Hospital Picaso corporate identity guidelines across all materials at all times.


• Serve as the primary point of contact for brand-related enquiries, providing guidance and support to internal teams, vendors, printers, and external partners.


• Oversee and monitor the execution of offline materials and projects, including festive decorations, installation of brochure racks, hoardings, and building signage.


• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualise and execute design strategies aligned with campaign objectives and target audience preferences.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design or a related field.


• Strong understanding of corporate identity application.


• Ability to manage tight deadlines, communicate effectively across departments, and coordinate with outsourced designers and suppliers.


• Independent, with the ability to work well both individually and as part of a team.


• Minimum of two years’ experience in graphic design and corporate identity management.
