Senior Executive, Brand & Communications

Plan and implement strategies to enhance and develop the company’s brand by coordinating all matters pertaining to brand communications.

Manage and develop communication materials i.e., video content and ensure the quality and targets set is achieved.

Assist to ensure the department meets or exceeds its objectives; and the mission, policies, objectives and core values of the Company are embraced and promoted in the workplace.

Aligning all communication materials according to brand guidelines and brand values.

Developing right messages for all of the hospital’s marketing materials and collaterals including advertisements, promotional posters, videos, signages, uniforms, wayfinding directions.

Handles and execute quality deliverables either in press/media publicity programmes, sponsorships, events, advertising/promotional campaigns either with or without the support and assistance from 3rd party consultants or contractors.

REQUIREMENTS

Degree in Marketing/Advertising/Communications is required; and minimum of 3 year of experience in advertising, marketing, or media is preferred.

A minimum of 3-year experience in online content creation, writing and management.

Self-starters with great interpersonal and communications skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English a must and able to communicate in Bahasa Malay and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Well organized, detail-oriented, creative and innovative, and possess good time management skills.

Ability to multi-task yet prioritize to deliver quality projects on time.
