Senior Executive/Asst. Manager - Risk Management (Operational & Regulatory Risk)

Enhance and execute the Risk Management processes including frameworks, policies, and procedures.

Prepare and present comprehensive quarterly Risk Management reports to Senior Management and Risk Management Committee.

Conduct global risk scanning to identify and assess emerging risks, including climate risk.

Manage and coordinate Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Disaster Recovery Planning initiatives.

Support internal audit assignments and manage enterprise-wide risk initiatives.

Acts as the central liaison person for all risk-related matters with Group Risk.

Requirements:

Degree in related discipline.

Professional certification in risk management or compliance will be an added advantage.

At least 3 years of experience in Risk Management, Audit or Compliance.

Strong knowledge of Climate Risk and enterprise risk practices.

Good written, communication and presentation skills.

A strategic thinker with strong business acumen.

Proven ability to multi-task and solve complex problems in a dynamic environment.
