Job description

Kliqxe is a Salesforce partner making serious noise specifically within the Manufacturing and Distribution industries (One of the fastest growing verticals for Salesforce) and one of the only partners in the world that focus on these industries exclusively! Because of that, we’re really picking up the pace and need help! We believe we’re working on some of the most interesting and challenging projects in the industry. Our ethos is driven by our belief of ‘Salesforce is a Platform’ and you can pretty much do anything with it.

What we’re looking for:

At Kliqxe, we are looking for the primary force‑multiplier for the CEO. You will serve as the strategic right hand to Kliqxe’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO), driving alignment across global regions and ensuring the seamless flow of information, priorities, and decisions. In this role, you will oversee the CEO’s communications, prepare executive briefs and presentations, coordinate key meetings, and ensure that cross‑functional teams operate in sync with strategic goals. You will be the trusted partner ensuring the CEO’s focus, time, and impact are maximized across all areas of the business.

We are seeking a dedicated individual with exceptional judgment, discretion, and operational acumen. An experienced and proactive professional with at least 10–15 years of experience, ideally with a background in executive operations within a Tech Consulting/SaaS industry. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and confident in navigating fast‑paced, global environments – someone who thrives on bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to complex initiatives.

What you’ll be doing:

You’ll be the CEO’s trusted right hand – keeping priorities sharp, communication clear, and operations running smoothly across regions.

  • Be the heartbeat of the CEO’s office: Manage the calendar, inbox, and key communications to make sure every minute counts and decisions stay on track.
  • Set the stage for success: Prepare meeting briefs, agendas, and follow‑ups that help the CEO and leadership team walk in informed and walk out aligned.
  • Own the story: Create, refine, and maintain presentation decks and materials that clearly communicate our strategy, progress, and vision – both internally and externally.
  • Connect the dots: Partner closely with teams across consulting, delivery, presales, finance, and HR to ensure information flows seamlessly and priorities are aligned.
  • Enable better decisions: Gather, filter, and structure insights so the CEO receives only the highest‑quality inputs – driving clarity and action.
  • Bridge global operations: Coordinate updates, planning, and governance across our key regions (Malaysia, UK, Germany, Japan) to keep our leadership rhythm consistent.
  • Handle with care: Manage sensitive business and personal matters with absolute professionalism and discretion.
  • Lead with confidence: Know when to say no, request better inputs, and represent the CEO’s priorities – ensuring that focus and standards remain uncompromised.

The primary objective of this role goes beyond administration – it’s about driving impact. As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you’ll be the connector, organizer, and enabler behind Kliqxe’s leadership. You’ll bring clarity, structure, and focus to ensure the CEO’s vision turns into seamless execution across the business.

We would love to hear from you!

What you may need to succeed:

The successful candidate for this role will need to demonstrate:

  • Exceptional organization and foresight: You can juggle multiple priorities, time zones, and personalities – and still ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Sharp communication and storytelling: You know how to translate complex updates into clear, compelling briefs, slides, and summaries that make decision‑making effortless.
  • Strong presentation and synthesis skills: You’re fluent in PowerPoint, confident in your writing, and skilled at distilling large amounts of information into polished, insightful outputs.
  • Confident collaboration: You’re comfortable working across all levels of the business, from consultants and delivery teams to senior leaders – and you do so with empathy and poise.
  • Sound judgment and discretion: You handle sensitive information with the highest level of trust and professionalism.
  • Global mindset: You understand how to bridge cultural and operational differences across regions and bring people together toward a shared goal.
  • Proactive problem‑solving: You don’t wait for direction – you spot issues early, propose solutions, and keep things on track with quiet confidence.
  • Resilience and adaptability: You remain calm under pressure, flexible in fast‑changing situations, and committed to keeping the CEO and the company one step ahead.
  • Professional presence, low‑ego attitude: You carry yourself with confidence and humility, knowing when to lead and when to listen.
  • A true passion for the EA role: You view being an Executive Assistant as a career you love – enabling leadership, building trust, and making an impact.
