Universal Robina Corporation is looking for a Senior Executive/Assistant Manager, Commercial Excellence (2-year Contract).

The ComEx Senior Executive/Assistant Manager is integral to ensuring seamless operation, troubleshooting, and enhancement of sales-related software and systems while spearheading new project implementations to improve sales strategies and overall team performance. This role demands a strong technical acumen, project management expertise, and problem‑solving skills to optimize sales processes and outcomes.

Job Responsibilities
  • Software Troubleshooting: Identify, address, and resolve issues within sales-related software and tools to ensure uninterrupted functionality and efficiency.
  • New Project Implementation: Assist the Project Lead with the execution of innovative sales initiatives, from planning and design to deployment and evaluation.
  • Performance Analytics: Analyze software data to assess system efficacy and recommend improvements to streamline sales operations.
  • Process Optimization: Collaborate with relevant teams to refine workflows and integrate software solutions that support strategic objectives.
  • Training and Support: Provide guidance and training to sales teams on the efficient use of software solutions and tools.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with IT, operations, and other departments to coordinate software updates and new implementations.
Qualifications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to address and resolve system challenges effectively.
