Job summary

A leading manufacturing company in Selangor is seeking a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager in Accounts & Finance. Responsibilities

  • Handle e-invoicing related matters.
  • Prepare, review and analyse monthly and ad-hoc reporting for decision making.
  • Perform day-to-day accounting operations like checking invoices and payments.
  • Liaise with auditors for periodic audits.
  • Handle finance and treasury functions.

Possesses Degree in Accountancy, member of MIA/other relevant professional body.

Has 3 to 7 years of working experience in accountancy/finance, and 2 to 4 years of working experience in established audit firm.

Has good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in English and computer literate. Able to work independently and a good team player.

The Job

To handle e-invoicing related matters.

To prepare, review and analyse the monthly and ad-hoc reporting requested by stakeholders for decision making purposes and etc. and assist in monthly account closing related matters.

To perform day-to-day accounting operations, checking commission, suppliers invoices, payment, reconciliation and make sure all are in compliance and payment on time.

To liaise with external and internal auditors to ensure completion of periodic internal audit and statutory audit.

To handle the finance, treasury function and deal with bankers.

To ensure integrity of accounting system and perform the system setting for new products and provide guidance on Pronto to other staff when required.

To perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.

Qualifications
  • Degree in Accountancy; membership in MIA or other relevant professional body
  • 3 to 7 years in accountancy/finance and 2 to 4 years in established audit firm
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills; proficient in English and computer literate
  • Able to work independently and a good team player
