Senior Executive, Air Partners Contract Management
The Senior Executive – Air Partners Contract Management is responsible for supporting the end-to-end management of contracts with airline partners. This includes drafting, administering, tracking, and ensuring compliance of air partner agreements to support commercial objectives, operational efficiency, and revenue optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Contract Management & Administration
- Support the preparation, review, and administration of contracts with airline partners (e.g. interline, block space, SPA, Forwarding capacity, wet lease, or cooperation agreements).
- Ensure all contracts are properly documented, approved, executed, and archived in line with internal governance.
- Track contract validity, renewal timelines, termination clauses, and key commercial obligations.
Partner Coordination
- Act as a key liaison with Key Account managers on contractual matters, clarifications, and amendments.
- Coordinate internally with Pricing, Sales, Revenue Management, Finance, Legal, and Operations to ensure contract terms are clearly understood and implemented.
- Support negotiations by preparing contract summaries, comparison matrices, and issue logs.
- Highlight risks, gaps, or non-compliance and escalate issues with recommended actions.
Governance & Compliance
- Ensure contracts comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and applicable standards.
- Maintain accurate records for audits, management reviews, and compliance checks.
- Support standardization of contract templates and processes.
Reporting & Data Management
- Prepare regular reports on partner contract status, expiries, and key commercial terms.
- Maintain contract trackers and dashboards to support management visibility.
- Provide ad-hoc analysis and documentation for management and cross-functional teams.
Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve contract management workflows, controls, and turnaround time.
- Support digitalization or system enhancements related to contract and partner management.
- Contribute to best practices in contract lifecycle management.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Aviation Management, Law, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in airline partnerships, contract management, commercial operations, or aviation-related roles.
- Well versed in IATA Clearing House and CASS Settlements.
- Prior exposure to airline or air cargo contracts is strongly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with structured documentation skills.
- Good understanding of commercial and contractual principles.
- Effective stakeholder coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines concurrently.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and document management tools.
