Job summary

A technology company in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Senior Exec/Assistant Manager, Business Solution. Senior Exec/ Asst Manager, Business Solution

As a Business Solution Specialist, you will assist in gathering, documenting, and validating requirements for AGYTEK’s digital transformation projects. You will support senior analysts and project managers throughout pre-sales, solution design, and delivery stages to ensure clarity and accuracy of deliverables. This role provides valuable exposure to smart manufacturing, MES, and Industry 4.0 implementation environments.

Job Responsibilities: -

Assist in preparing solution proposals, cost estimates, and presentation materials.

Support requirement collection during client workshops and discovery sessions.

Document customer insights and contribute to pre-sales deliverables.

2) Project Delivery Phase

Record detailed requirements and process flows under supervision.

Prepare draft BRD, FRS, and UAT documents following AGYTEK standards.

Coordinate with technical teams to clarify and track feature development.

Support UAT execution and feedback management with customers.

3) Post-Implementation Phase

Collect customer feedback and usage data.

Assist in preparing enhancement requests and client reports.

Support training and documentation updates.

Continuously learn MES, IIoT, and digital transformation concepts.

Participate in internal process improvement and template enhancement.

Develop technical writing and presentation skills through mentorship.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or Industrial Technology.

3–4 years of experience in business analysis or IT solution delivery preferred.

Familiar with Excel, PowerPoint, and process documentation tools.

Strong interest in Industry 4.0, smart manufacturing, and ERP/MES systems.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced project environment.
