Lead the growth of ICDM’s Corporate Solutions and drive strategic acquisition, onboarding and lead engagement through impactful campaigns, partnerships and corporate outreach initiatives.

Champion business development and client engagement, from lead generation to proposal and project delivery, ensuring a seamless client experience across membership, mentorship and advisory services.

Identify and develop new opportunities through a tailored solutions in areas such as bespoke board programmes, director sourcing, governance evaluations and other advisory offerings to strengthen ICDM’s corporate network.

Leverage data and CRM insights to track engagement, retention and conversion performance by turning insights into actionable growth strategies.

Collaborate across teams and with external partners to co-create meaningful programmes and advisory solutions aligned with emerging governance and leadership trends.

Build trusted relationships with members, clients and stakeholders, fostering long-term engagement and high satisfaction.

Continuously evaluate and enhance membership and advisory initiatives, recommending improvements that deliver measurable impact.

Lead, inspire and develop the team to achieve ambitious KPIs, ensure operational excellence and deliver exceptional client value.

Prepare business reports and proposals highlighting performance, growth metrics and strategic insights for management decision-making.

REQUIREMENTS (EDUCATION, EXPERIENCES & SKILLS)

Must have a degree in Business Administration, Economics, or any related majors / subject OR equivalent professional qualifications

Candidates with corporate sales and / or key account management are preferred

Can operate independently and be tactful in interaction with senior corporate officials

Outgoing, energetic, self-motivated, and enjoy external engagements and interactions

Possess strategic thinking, problem solving skills, analytical mindset, client orientation with keen eye to details

Ability to work independently under pressure and with a high degree of initiative, integrity, and accountability
