Our client is looking for an Event Coordinator to organize field events, trainings, workshops, and promotional activities according to the master schedule.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate field events, trainings, workshops, and promotional activities according to the master schedule.
  • Create timelines for events and ensure venues, speakers, and necessary resources are confirmed in advance.
  • Manage logistics including venue setup, registration, audio-visual needs, seating arrangements, and event breakdown.
  • Oversee training materials and supplies, conducting regular inventory checks and restocking as needed.
  • Facilitate effective communication for field activities, ensuring timely updates are shared across all channels.
  • Collaborate with marketing, field support, and operations teams to ensure events align with campaign objectives.
  • Supervise on-site event operations and quickly resolve any issues for a smooth experience.
  • Prepare post-event reports and feedback to support continuous improvement.
  • Assist with additional tasks and support weekend events as required by management.
Requirements
  • Experience in event management or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple events at once.
