A leading event management company in Penang is seeking a Sales Executive/Business Development Executive to manage expo operations and engage with exhibitors and sponsors. The ideal candidate will coordinate events, workshops, and promotional activities, ensuring seamless execution. Strong event management skills and team collaboration are essential for success.
Plan and execute all expo operations — from layout, booth coordination, setup, and program flow to onsite management.
Support exhibitor coordination, sponsorship activation, and stage programming.
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution.
Assist in developing and executing Foodicious Membership activities — workshops, networking sessions, exclusive member perks, and reward events.
Coordinate member communication and renewal management.
Support the creation of Foodicious brand programs (e.g., cooking competitions, tasting campaigns, Foodpreneur showcases).
Manage vendors, sponsors, and content partners.
Plan and execute mall activations, campus roadshows, and city promotions.
Handle booth design, logistics, and on-ground engagement.
Collect leads and measure event ROI.
Prepare reports on event results, attendance, feedback, and cost analysis.
