Job summary

PROJECT 4X SDN BHD in Malaysia seeks a Senior Event Designer & Creative to develop impactful concepts for corporate events, launches, galas, exhibitions and brand activations. You will design stages, photo walls, registration areas and event collaterals; guide junior designers and work with production teams to deliver concepts on budget.

Strong portfolio in event or experiential design and proficiency in Photoshop/Illustrator are required; 3D design knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant event or creative design experience.
• Strong portfolio in event, exhibition or experiential design.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• 3D design software knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong creative thinking, presentation and communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
• Willing to attend site visits and event setups.

Responsibilities

• Develop event concepts, themes, mood boards and presentation proposals.
• Design stages, photo walls, registration areas, booths and event collaterals.
• Produce visuals and production-ready artwork.
• Work closely with project, production and supplier teams.
• Ensure designs are creative, practical and within budget.
• Present ideas to clients and revise designs based on feedback.
• Guide junior designers and oversee final event execution.
