Job summary

A leading technology company based in Malaysia is looking for an experienced professional to lead the strategic development of end-user computing (EUC) platforms and software. This role involves providing pre-sales support, managing customer relationships, and driving service excellence in EUC solutions. The ideal candidate will possess over 5 years of IT experience, including a strong background in product development and technical pre-sales with Microsoft and Citrix technologies.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT, Business, or Engineering; MBA a plus.
• 5+ years in IT, with 3-5 years in product development or technical pre-sales.
• Understanding of Microsoft and Citrix technologies required.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic development of EUC platforms and software.
• Provide pre-sales support for Microsoft and EUC solutions.
• Build customer relationships and partnerships.
• Oversee support operations and service delivery.
• Analyze industry trends for proposal development.
• Manage vendor engagements and pricing models.
• Implement QA programs and support technical training.
