Qualifications

• Experience with Exchange server environments and third-party archiving systems.
• Proficient in EWS and MAPI protocols.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee planning, setup, and configuration of advanced EUC applications.
• Manage complex projects including system upgrades and migrations.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior engineers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve highly complex technical issues.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients and vendors.
• Implement and monitor quality control measures.
• Lead initiatives for service delivery and client satisfaction improvement.
