We’re looking for a passionate and skilled Senior ERP Developer to join our newly established Offshore Development Center (ODC) in Malaysia, supporting our fast‑growing regional F&B group across Southeast Asia.

As part of our pilot team, you’ll play a key role in shaping the ERP foundation for the business, working closely with a dedicated and supportive ERP team based in Singapore and Hong Kong. What You’ll Do
  • Lead the technical design, customization, and enhancement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365FO).
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across Malaysia, Singapore, and Hong Kong to deliver ERP solutions that support regional business operations.
  • Maintain system environments, ensure data accuracy, and continuously improve ERP performance and usability.
  • Mentor junior developers and uphold high standards in code quality, documentation, and testing.
  • Partner with business users to translate functional requirements into effective technical solutions.
What We’re Looking For

Experience & Background

  • 5–8 years of ERP development experience, with strong expertise in Microsoft D365FO.
  • Proven success in at least two full‑cycle D365FO implementations.
  • Experience in regional or multi‑country projects, ideally within F&B, retail, or supply chain sectors.
  • Background from consulting firms (e.g., Avanade, DXC, Hitachi Solutions) or in‑house ERP teams in MNC/startup settings.

Technical Skills

  • Strong command of X++ development and customization best practices.
  • Proficient in SQL Server (views, stored procedures, security roles).
  • Experienced with data migration, REST/OData integration, and DevOps pipelines (Dev/UAT/Prod).
  • Familiar with Azure services and Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) – a strong plus.

Soft Skills

  • Analytical, detail‑oriented, and solution‑driven.
  • Great communicator who enjoys collaborating across cultures and markets.
  • Independent yet team‑oriented – thrives in a fast‑paced, startup environment with regional collaboration.
  • Microsoft Certified: D365FO Developer or equivalent certification (preferred but not mandatory).
