Job summary

A leading manufacturing company in Malaysia is seeking a Senior Executive to manage industrial relations and talent acquisition. The role involves developing IR policies, managing grievances, and conducting recruitment activities. Candidates should have 2 to 3 years of experience in a multicultural environment and extensive knowledge of labor laws. Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of related working experience, preferably in a multi‑national manufacturing environment.
  • Well versed in Labor Ordinance and Industrial Relations Laws.
  • Experience in event management and corporate communication.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement IR policies and procedures.
  • Manage the employees’ escalation process on grievances.
  • Conduct orientation for new hires on IR and ER matters.
