Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in assembly maintenance in a semiconductor/fabrication environment.
• Experience working with die sorting, optical coating machines is preferred.
• Good electrical troubleshooting skill and problem-solving skill such as 8-D method.

Responsibilities

• Lead the equipment and maintenance team to meet equipment downtime and utilization goals.
• Identify and implement equipment improvement activities.
• Manage and mentor maintenance technicians and engineers.
