Responsibilities
- Monitor on-site 6S and safety management conditions.
- According to tasks assigned by superiors, prepare CAD drawings as required.
- Responsible for preparing drawings of tooling and fixtures, and arrange for processing.
- Document equipment management documentation.
- Draft and improve equipment condition standards, equipment safety operation procedures, and equipment maintenance procedures.
- Prepare and complete relevant documentation required during company certifications.
- Develop and arrange equipment maintenance plans.
- Standardize equipment fault causes, measures, and maintenance.
- Organize and analyze data; integrate fault causes and countermeasures to achieve standardized maintenance operations.
- Investigate fault phenomena, determine corresponding solutions, and improve equipment maintenance responsiveness.
- Rapidly handle equipment faults.
- Support commissioning and mass production of new equipment.
- Carry out on-site 6S work and maintain workplace cleanliness according to the company’s 6S requirements.
- Supervise maintenance team members in executing safety operation procedures, preventing any accidents.
- Uphold the “Safety First” concept, promote safety awareness, strengthen workplace patrol inspections, identify potential hazards, and implement corrective measures.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or above, major not limited (Mechanical, Electronics, or Mechatronics-related fields).

Experience
More than 1 year of equipment management experience.
