Job description

Responsibilities

• Monitor on-site 6S and safety management conditions.
• According to tasks assigned by superiors, prepare CAD drawings as required.
• Responsible for preparing drawings of tooling and fixtures, and arrange for processing.
• Document equipment management documentation.
• Draft and improve equipment condition standards, equipment safety operation procedures, and equipment maintenance procedures.
• Prepare and complete relevant documentation required during company certifications.
• Develop and arrange equipment maintenance plans.
• Standardize equipment fault causes, measures, and maintenance.
• Organize and analyze data; integrate fault causes and countermeasures to achieve standardized maintenance operations.
• Investigate fault phenomena, determine corresponding solutions, and improve equipment maintenance responsiveness.
• Rapidly handle equipment faults.
• Support commissioning and mass production of new equipment.
• Carry out on-site 6S work and maintain workplace cleanliness according to the company’s 6S requirements.
• Supervise maintenance team members in executing safety operation procedures, preventing any accidents.
• Uphold the “Safety First” concept, promote safety awareness, strengthen workplace patrol inspections, identify potential hazards, and implement corrective measures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or above, major not limited (Mechanical, Electronics, or Mechatronics-related fields).
