Job Description
  • Work with internal stakeholders such as product test and test technology engineers, supply chain planners, project and platform portfolio managers in Divisions and Operations to understand test equipment technical requirements.
  • Work with test equipment suppliers to understand test equipment architectures, hardware, software and interface capabilities that can fulfill technical requirements.
  • Create and maintain documentation of test equipment standards based on supplier capabilities for semiconductor testers, probers, handlers and burn-in systems.
  • Translate a subset of test equipment standards into Infineon's manufacturing master data systems in order to enable supply chains and planning of production wafer and final test capacity.
  • Create and maintain test equipment procurement specifications based on test equipment standards with additional content such as acceptance criteria, maintenance and site specific requirements.
  • Maintain and improve document templates, procedures and processes associated with test equipment standardization.
  • Work with colleagues in Operations to improve manufacturing master data tooling.
Your Profile
  • Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in semiconductor test engineering within a development and/or manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge and experience with semiconductor automated test equipment(ATE) from market leading suppliers.
  • Knowledge of wafer probers and package test handlers from market leading suppliers.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools, especially Word and Excel.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills. Fluent in English.
  • Ability to align across stake holders in a multicultural and international environment.
