Job summary

A global semiconductor solutions leader is seeking a professional to manage PPAP activities and ensure compliance with automotive customer requirements. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering and 4-6 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or customer service. Key responsibilities include generating reports and managing customer requests while driving standardization and digitalization efforts.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge or experience in control plans, FMEA, MSA.
  • Experience with AEC Q100, AEC Q101, or JEDEC.

Job Description

In your new role you will:

  • Primary responsibilities involve PPAP activities to ensure timely submission and compliance with automotive customers' requirements. Key roles include serving as the Notification QM and PPAP Requestor.
  • Responsible for generating QPAC/CDCQ based on Division strategy to support customer requests.
  • Quality Questionnaire - to support the completion of customer surveys and questionnaires.
  • FIT report - coordinate with subject matter experts to provide the FIT report or retrieve from the web.
  • ESD report - coordinate with subject matter experts to provide the ESD report or retrieve from internal databases.
  • Qualification report - coordinate with subject matter experts to provide the qualification report or retrieve from the web.
  • Support on others' requests - such as information marking format, manufacturing location, product and manufacturing information, electrical distribution.
  • Certificate of Compliance - to support customer requests through standard responses.
  • QSC reporting - maintain and regularly update process KPI related to QSC processes for management review.
  • Standardization and Digitalization - improve standardization of IFX responses toward customers for different inquiry types. Drive digitalization within areas of responsibility to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
  • Preferably 4-6 years of experience in Semiconductor manufacturing or in similar customer service roles
  • Knowledge or experience in common Quality concepts such as control plans, FMEA, MSA, and statistics
  • Knowledge or experience in semiconductor qualification requirements and guidance standards (e.g., AEC Q100, AEC Q101, or JEDEC)
  • Knowledge or experience in semiconductor change management processes
