Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic plans, assess company capabilities, and analyse data to support business and Facilities Management growth initiatives.
  • Manage end-to-end product and technology development to ensure timely, cost-effective, and customer-focused delivery.
  • Conduct market research, determine pricing strategies, and prepare proposals to support business expansion.
  • Oversee project implementation to ensure delivery within timeline, budget, and quality standards.
  • Drive process improvements, technology adoption, and staff capability enhancement within the team.
  • Develop asset optimization and sustainability plans to improve efficiency and reduce carbon footprint.
  • Lead contract transition and mobilisation activities in line with scope and agreed processes.
  • Perform condition assessments and prepare lifecycle and budgetary plans for facility assets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and suppliers to ensure effective collaboration.
  • Support business development, proposal preparation, and cross-functional coordination to ensure project success.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or any related discipline.
  • 4–8 years of total working experience, with at least 1–3 years in Property or Facilities Management.
  • Strong leadership, management, and networking abilities with excellent written and verbal communication.
