Job description

Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Lead the detailed design team and development of flood mitigation, including drainage, levees, retention basins, pump stations, and river engineering works, etc.

Prepare detailed engineering drawings, technical specifications and design reports.

Review and validate design calculations, drawings, and deliverables prepared by junior engineers.

Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure compliance with client requirements, industry standards, and regulatory guidelines.

Collaborate with government agencies, local authorities, contractors, and stakeholders throughout the project cycle.

Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and leadership to the engineering team.

Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and sustainability standards in all design activities.

Support tender preparation, proposal writing, and client presentations where required.
