Job description
Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day support for Epicor ERP users, ensuring timely resolution of functional issues and minimizing disruption to business operations.

Act as the primary liaison between end users and technical teams to troubleshoot system problems, perform root‑cause analysis, and recommend effective solutions.

Take ownership of key Epicor modules such as production, planning, inventory, purchasing, finance, and quality, ensuring proper configuration and system reliability.

Oversee and support testing, validation, and deployment of ERP changes, upgrades, and patches.

Gather, analyze, and document user requirements for enhancements or configuration changes; drive implementation of approved improvements.

Support the ERP IT Manager on system configuration, data analysis, user access management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Develop and maintain training materials, user guides, and conduct training sessions for new and existing users.

Monitor and help ensure data integrity and accuracy across ERP processes and transactions.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify and lead process improvement opportunities leveraging ERP capabilities.

Escalate and coordinate the resolution of complex technical issues with ERP vendors or internal development teams.

(Optional if applicable) Provide guidance or mentorship to junior team members on ERP best practices and troubleshooting.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience supporting an ERP system or business application.

Strong understanding of business processes in manufacturing, inventory, purchasing, or finance.

Proven analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex system issues.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Experience with Epicor Kinetic is an added advantage.

Experience working in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

Willingness to work additional hours when required to support critical operations.
