Job summary

Keysight Technologies Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced facilities and energy professional to oversee energy management and fire safety at our Penang site.

The role focuses on energy monitoring, improving efficiency, and ensuring compliance with ISO 50001 and related standards. We require a Bachelor’s or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Chemical Engineering with at least 5 years’ experience in utilities, maintenance, or fire safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in utilities, maintenance, facilities, or fire safety.
• Working knowledge of electrical and mechanical utility systems.
• Proficient in MS Excel and report writing.
• Knowledge of fire protection systems and ISO 50001 is an advantage.
• Willing to complete REM and FSO certifications.

Responsibilities

• Energy management including monitoring and analysis.
• Improve energy efficiency and support ISO 50001 compliance.
• Serve as Fire Safety Officer and coordinate fire system testing.
• Assist with evacuation planning, drills, and safety training.
• Maintain records and liaise with JBPM during inspections.
