Job summary

Micron Technology in Penang, Malaysia is seeking an experienced ELV/Facilities Engineer to drive AI-enabled maintenance, monitoring, and optimization of UPS, PA, Access Control, and related systems. You will lead AI/ML initiatives, implement digital twin concepts, and develop data-driven solutions across FMCS and BMS platforms.

You will collaborate with Automation, IT, and Cybersecurity teams to ensure secure deployments, apply problem-solving methodologies (8D, FMEA, RCA), and manage contractor

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• Entry level encouraged to apply; experience with ELV/AV/Network & Security is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support UPS, Access Control, PA, and related ELV systems.
• Lead AI/ML/IIoT deployments to improve reliability and efficiency of facilities systems.
• Develop AI-enabled predictive maintenance for critical assets and infrastructure.
• Build dashboards and visualization using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Collaborate with IT, Automation, Cybersecurity for secure AI/cloud solutions.
• Support Digital Twin models for capacity planning and energy optimization.
