Job summary

EP Group is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer for offshore design of electrical generation and distribution systems in oil and gas projects. You will contribute to modifications and major upgrades to existing systems.

The role requires at least 12 years in offshore electrical engineering and more than 4 years in a Lead Electrical Engineer capacity; a BSc/BEng in electrical engineering is essential, with professional certification pursued. Recognition by relevant boards is expected.

• BSc or BEng (minimum) in Electrical disciplines engineering from University/Colleges/Institutions that is recognized by Board of Engineer, Malaysia.
• Professional certificate or ready to pursue professional certificate by accredited bodies/associations.
• Member of local/International Professional Institutions.

Experience:

• 12 years of experience (minimum) in offshore design of oil and gas electrical generation and distribution systems as well as modification and major upgrading to existing systems, and has more than 4 years of experience as a Lead Electrical Engineer.
