Responsibilities

• Create conceptual and detailed designs for Electrical services, and participate in planning and tendering.
• Coordinate Electrical works on-site, ensuring they are completed according to project requirements, budget, and deadlines.
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, consultants, and authorities to ensure smooth project execution and obtain necessary approvals.
• Supervise and monitor site works to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with approved drawings, method statements, and regulations.
• Prepare and submit project reports, claims, and invoices. Compile as‑built drawings, O&M manuals, and testing records for final handover.
• Assist in preparing budgets, obtaining quotations, and managing subcontractors and suppliers. Assess variations, claims, and final accounts.
• Manage and verify the testing and commissioning of electrical systems to ensure they are functioning correctly.
