Job summary

VISEO ASIA is seeking a capable web and mobile developer to design, develop, and support applications, including Flutter-based mobile solutions, across platforms.

You will implement backend services in PHP/Laravel, design MySQL databases, and manage containerized deployments with Docker and Kubernetes, while collaborating with PMs, consultants, and client stakeholders to deliver on time and within scope. AWS exposure and Agile/Scrum participation are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 4 years of related experience with web and mobile applications.
• Experience in web and mobile development including Flutter.
• Strong hands-on PHP and Laravel backend development.
• Solid understanding of MySQL database design and performance tuning.
• Experience using GitHub or similar version control platforms.
• Hands-on exposure to Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience in unit testing and software quality assurance practices.
• Exposure to AWS or other cloud platforms.
• Prior experience in an IT consulting or system integrator environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support web and mobile applications, including Flutter-based mobile solutions.
• Perform backend development using PHP and Laravel.
• Design, develop, and maintain MySQL databases.
• Apply version control best practices using GitHub in team-based development.
• Develop, deploy, and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Participate in technical solution design, architecture discussions, and system integration activities.
• Perform technical unit testing and support system, UAT, and production deployments.
• Prepare and maintain technical design documents, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Analyse complex technical and business requirements, and propose practical, scalable solutions.
• Work closely with project managers, functional consultants, and client stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Support cloud and infrastructure setup; knowledge of AWS is an added advantage.
• Participate actively in Agile/Scrum project delivery and consulting engagements.
