Position : Senior E- Commerce Operation Executive

Main Responsibilities
- Develop, refine, and enhance engaging content to promote brand, products, and campaigns on online platforms (Shopee, Lazada).
- Craft clear and compelling product descriptions, promotional materials, and visuals to increase product visibility and sales.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure online campaigns align with business objectives.
- Manage product listings across multiple e-commerce platforms (Shopee and Lazada), ensuring accuracy, consistency, and optimization.
- Plan, propose, and execute livestream events on e-commerce platforms to boost brand engagement and product visibility.
- Design and implement tailored marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media ads, flash sales, and seasonal promotions targeting the Malaysian market.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion rates, and customer retention using analytics tools to improve campaign performance.
- Identify and collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers to promote products through social media and other digital channels.
- Conduct research on e-commerce trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior in Malaysia to identify new growth opportunities and refine strategies.
- Manage customer inquiries and feedback across e-commerce platforms, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
- Fulfill orders and ensure smooth communication across platforms, driving customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with supply chain and inventory teams to ensure proper stock management and product availability across all platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in E-Commerce, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2‑3 years of experience in e‑commerce, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Familiarity with e‑commerce platforms and basic data analysis.
- Good communication skills and a team player.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments.
- Ability to multi‑task, and work with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment to meet expected outcomes.
