The Senior Director of Regional Strategy and Implementation will serve as a key strategic partner to the Managing Director (MD) for China and APAC driving the execution of regional initiatives across China and APAC. LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategic Advisory: Provide high‑level recommendations for regional growth, including market expansion, business model innovation, and marketing strategy optimization.
- Financial Stewardship: Partner with regional and global finance teams to ensure financial targets are met and resources are allocated effectively.
- Operational Oversight: Direct the implementation of strategic initiatives aimed at improving regional operations and processes.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a key liaison between regional teams and global stakeholders, fostering alignment and collaboration.
- Cross‑Functional Leadership: Lead and coordinate strategic projects involving multiple functions to drive regional success.

Work closely with global and regional teams to ensure strategic alignment and operational excellence:
- Finance: Lead financial planning and profitability initiatives; support pricing strategies.
- Controllership, Tax, Treasury: Develop solutions for evolving market conditions impacting compensation and cost structures.
- Human Resources: Influence talent strategy, succession planning, and organizational development.
- Operations: Align strategic initiatives with operational capabilities; address supply chain challenges.
- GBS & GSS: Ensure service delivery meets regional needs; support localized sourcing and manufacturing.
- Sales & Marketing: Shape initiatives to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
- Technology & Digital: Prioritize digital transformation projects aligned with regional strategy.
- Compliance & Legal: Ensure adherence to local regulations and mitigate business risks.
- GA & GRA: Support product and tax compliance in dynamic market environments.
- Distributor Leadership: Engage and influence distributor leadership to drive strategic alignment and execution.
QUALIFICATIONS
