Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline; 12+ years supply chain or semiconductor experience.
• Proven leadership of complex supply-planning or manufacturing-planning teams.
• Deep understanding of constrained manufacturing, capacity, materials, inventory, and cycle time.
• Experience developing and executing supply plans across multiple sites and locations.
• Strong analytical and scenario-planning capabilities.

Mansioni

• Lead development and execution of the supply plan across Assembly and Test manufacturing operations.
• Own planning across the Assembly and Test network, ensuring synchronization with upstream/downstream entities.
• Lead scenario analysis to evaluate constraints and alternatives and choose optimal actions.
• Drive recovery planning when execution deviates from plan with prioritization based on impact.
• Serve as the primary interface with Central Supply Planning, Procurement, engineering, and product teams.
